You can do it. Believe in yourself. Love yourself, and love others. Be strong and good things will happen.
Relax your mind. Breathe. Find peace. Remain in the quiet. Quiet the mind. Listen, enjoy, love.

That is when we are awake. That is when we are enlightened.
Everything you need is inside of you. Stop worrying about what other people are doing – and focus on the only person you can control, yourself. The job is harder than you think, because the mind is a very tricky thing. But you can do it with patience, practice and persistence.
Step outside, even for a moment and enjoy the beauty, comfort and peace that only nature can provide. Love the planet, and love yourself. We all deserve it.

Learn from everyone and everything in your life. Every experience offers a lesson. The more experiences we have, the more we can learn.
Stick with the mentality that, “Everything happens for a reason” and even the most difficult of situations can be turned into positive ones.
Our everyday lives are a never ending classroom in which we are constantly learning. Stop worrying so much about every little thing that doesn’t work out in your favor, and focus most of your energy on learning, loving, being a good person, doing good things, and being happy.
